Ingredients
  

  • 500 g – Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp – Olive oil
  • 3 cloves – Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp – Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp – Italian herbs
  • ½ tsp – Salt
  • ¼ tsp – Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp – Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss well to coat shrimp evenly.
  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.
  • Don’t overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Add chili flakes if you want a spicy kick.
  • Pairs well with salads or steamed vegetables.
