Method
- Place chicken in the slow cooker
- Add chicken broth, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Pour in heavy cream
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours

- Add spinach and cook until wilted
