Ingredients
  

  • 2 keto tortillas or egg wraps
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan and cook sausage or bacon if not already prepared
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper
  3. Add butter to pan and scramble eggs until soft and fluffy
  4. Warm keto tortillas or prepare egg wraps
  5. Add scrambled eggs to each tortilla
  6. Top with meat, cheese, and bell peppers
  7. Roll tightly into burritos
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
