- In another bowl, mix sunflower seed flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
- Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden
- Let cool completely before slicing
