Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups sunflower seed flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sweetener optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease and line a loaf pan
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
  4. Add melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar
  5. In another bowl, mix sunflower seed flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden
  9. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Bread may turn slightly green due to a natural reaction—this is normal
  • Let cool fully before slicing for the best texture
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze slices
  • Toast slices for improved flavor and structure
