- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt
- Add egg whites, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil
- Pour in hot water and mix quickly until dough forms
- Let dough rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken
- Divide dough and shape into rolls
- Place on lined baking tray
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until firm and golden
- Cool slightly before serving

- Use fine psyllium husk powder for the best texture
- Dough thickens quickly, so shape rolls fast
- Let rolls cool to avoid gumminess
