- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and apple cider vinegar
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Slowly add hot water and mix quickly until dough thickens
- Transfer dough into loaf pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until firm and browned
- Let cool completely before slicing
Notes
- Dough will thicken quickly due to psyllium husk—mix fast
- Always let bread cool fully before cutting for the best texture
- Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze slices
