Paleo Almond Flour Bread Recipe

This soft and nutritious paleo almond flour bread is grain-free, gluten-free, and naturally rich in protein and healthy fats. It has a light, moist texture with a slightly nutty flavor—perfect for toast, sandwiches, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut oil, honey, vinegar, and vanilla
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth batter forms
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and level the top
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm
  7. Insert a toothpick to check doneness (it should come out clean)
  8. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Do not overbake, or the bread may become dry
  • Best texture comes after fully cooling
  • You can add seeds or chopped nuts for extra crunch
  • Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days or refrigerate for longer freshness
