Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with milk until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the Oreo dough and flatten it slightly.
- Place a small spoon of Nutella in the center and wrap the dough around it.
- Roll gently into a ball and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 7–8 minutes until slightly firm.
- Let cool slightly and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
- Freeze Nutella for 10 minutes to make stuffing easier.
- Do not overbake, or the lava center will thicken.
- Add crushed hazelnuts for extra crunch.
- Serve warm for the best gooey center.
