Nutella Swirl Brownies

These Nutella swirl brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with irresistible chocolate-hazelnut flavor. A thick brownie base gets swirled with creamy Nutella to create beautiful marbled layers. Every bite delivers a soft, gooey center with deep chocolate goodness.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup Nutella

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until a thick batter forms.
  5. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter.
  7. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the Nutella gently through the batter.
  8. Bake for 22–25 minutes until the center is set but still fudgy.
  9. Let brownies cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Warm the Nutella slightly to make swirling easier.
  • Do not overmix the swirl to keep the marbled pattern visible.
  • Add chopped hazelnuts for extra crunch.
  • Store brownies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
