Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.

- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
- Add cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in bell peppers and let the chili simmer for 20–25 minutes until thickened.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese if desired.
