In a large bowl mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a rough ball.
Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven.
Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake another 10 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
