- Spiralize zucchini into noodles and set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss in zucchini noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes (do not overcook).
- Return shrimp to the pan and mix gently.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Don’t overcook zucchini noodles to avoid sogginess.
- Pat shrimp dry before cooking for a better sear.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
