Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt
  3. Add eggs and melted butter and mix well
  4. Stir in sausage and shredded cheese
  5. Scoop dough into biscuit shapes on a lined baking tray
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through
  7. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked sausage for convenience
  • Do not overmix to keep biscuits fluffy
  • Add herbs like parsley for extra flavor
  • Store in the fridge and reheat before serving
