- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes
- Transfer beef mixture into a baking dish
- Layer pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives on top
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Garnish with chili flakes and serve hot
Notes
- Use turkey instead of beef for a lighter version
- Add bell peppers for extra flavor
- Let the casserole rest 5 minutes before serving
