Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions peppers and garlic until soft
- Add beef and cook until browned and fully cooked
- Season with salt pepper paprika and Worcestershire sauce
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish
- Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Slice beef thin for an authentic Philly texture
- Use ground beef for a quicker version
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor
- Best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for 3 days
