- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and egg
- Mix until a dough forms
- Fold in pepperoni slices
- Roll dough into small bite-sized balls and place on tray
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden
- Let cool slightly before serving

- Wet hands when shaping dough to prevent sticking
- Add extra cheese for a gooey texture
- Serve with low-carb marinara sauce
