Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth
  2. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt and mix well
  3. Stir in almond flour and melted butter until combined
  4. Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up
  5. Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls
  6. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy

Notes

  • Keep stored in refrigerator for best texture
  • Use natural peanut butter for better flavor
