Method
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms and sauté until soft
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5–7 minutes
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream
- Cook gently until creamy (do not boil)
- Serve warm and enjoy
Notes
- Do not boil after adding sour cream to prevent curdling
- Use full-fat sour cream for the best texture
- Add spinach for extra nutrition
- Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles
