Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms and sauté until soft
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper
  5. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5–7 minutes
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream
  7. Cook gently until creamy (do not boil)
  8. Serve warm and enjoy

Notes

  • Do not boil after adding sour cream to prevent curdling
  • Use full-fat sour cream for the best texture
  • Add spinach for extra nutrition
  • Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles
  • Great for quick weeknight meals
