Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Stir in zucchini and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender
- Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes
- Sprinkle cheese on top if using and let melt
- Serve warm and enjoy
Notes
- Do not overcook zucchini to avoid sogginess
- Use lean or regular ground beef based on preference
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Great for meal prep and leftovers
- Serve with a side salad or cauliflower rice
