Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 head lettuce leaves separated
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant
  4. Stir in soy sauce, ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes
  5. Cook for a few minutes until well combined
  6. Spoon beef mixture into lettuce leaves
  7. Garnish with green onions
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

  • Use iceberg or romaine lettuce for best crunch
  • Add shredded carrots or cucumber for extra texture
  • Adjust spice level to taste
