Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper
- Add cauliflower rice and mix well
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until cauliflower is tender
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm
Notes
- Do not overcook cauliflower to avoid sogginess
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Use fresh or frozen cauliflower rice
- Great for meal prep and quick meals
- Serve with avocado or a side salad
