Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant
  4. Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper
  5. Add cauliflower rice and mix well
  6. Cook for 5–7 minutes until cauliflower is tender
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve warm

Notes

  • Do not overcook cauliflower to avoid sogginess
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
  • Use fresh or frozen cauliflower rice
  • Great for meal prep and quick meals
  • Serve with avocado or a side salad
