Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Boil or steam cauliflower until slightly tender then drain well
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Season with paprika Italian seasoning salt and pepper
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth
- In a baking dish combine cauliflower and beef mixture
- Top with cheddar mozzarella and parmesan cheese
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Do not overcook cauliflower to avoid mushiness
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrients
- Use sharp cheddar for a stronger flavor
- Best served fresh, but stores well for 3 days in fridge
