Method
- Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces (or leave whole if preferred)
- Add sausage, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to crockpot
- Pour in tomato sauce and olive oil
- Add Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Mix gently to combine
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours
- Stir before serving and enjoy warm

- Use spicy sausage for extra flavor
- Do not overcook peppers to keep texture
