Method
- Place pork chops in the crockpot
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic, and pepper
- Pour mixture over pork chops
- Add butter on top
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours
- Spoon sauce over pork chops before serving
- Serve warm and enjoy
Notes
- Sear pork chops before slow cooking for extra flavor (optional)
- Do not overcook to keep the meat tender
- Add mushrooms for variation
- Serve with cauliflower mash or veggies
