- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease and line a loaf pan
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm
- Let cool completely before slicing
