Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease and line a loaf pan
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener
  4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
  6. Fold in chocolate chips
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm
  9. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Use high-quality sugar-free chocolate chips for the best taste
  • Do not overbake to keep bread moist
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days
  • Warm slightly before serving for extra softness
