Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper
  3. Add cooked chicken, bacon, and broccoli and mix well
  4. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
  7. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
  • Do not overbake to keep it creamy
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for meal prep
  • Best served hot
