Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Mix in cooked chicken (and broccoli if using)
- Transfer mixture to baking dish
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
- Do not overheat the sauce to avoid curdling
- Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
- Great for meal prep and leftovers
- Best served hot and creamy
