Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup broccoli optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
  3. Add heavy cream and simmer gently
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
  5. Mix in cooked chicken (and broccoli if using)
  6. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
  9. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Do not overheat the sauce to avoid curdling
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • Great for meal prep and leftovers
  • Best served hot and creamy
