Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Stir in taco seasoning paprika cumin salt pepper and tomato sauce
- Add cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy
- Stir in bell peppers if using and simmer for 5 minutes
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot
Notes
- Add jalapeños for extra heat and flavor
- Use ground turkey for a lighter version
- Serve with lettuce wraps or cauliflower rice
- Best enjoyed fresh, but stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days
