Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce low-carb
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned
  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth
  6. Layer beef mixture in baking dish
  7. Spread cream mixture on top
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  10. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Use low-carb tomato sauce to keep it keto-friendly
  • Add zucchini or spinach for extra veggies
  • Do not overbake to keep it creamy
  • Great for leftovers and reheating
  • Serve with salad or cauliflower rice
