Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
- Cook ground beef in a pan until browned
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft
- Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth
- Layer beef mixture in baking dish
- Spread cream mixture on top
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
- Use low-carb tomato sauce to keep it keto-friendly
- Add zucchini or spinach for extra veggies
- Do not overbake to keep it creamy
- Great for leftovers and reheating
- Serve with salad or cauliflower rice
