Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
  3. Add cream cheese and heavy cream and stir until smooth
  4. Mix in buffalo sauce paprika salt pepper and chili flakes
  5. Stir in shredded chicken until well coated
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish
  7. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  9. Drizzle ranch dressing and garnish with green onions before serving

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep
  • Add cauliflower rice for extra volume
  • Best served hot and fresh from the oven
