Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Cook bacon until crispy then crumble and set aside
  3. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Add heavy cream cream cheese and ranch seasoning stir until smooth
  5. Mix in cheddar mozzarella salt pepper and Italian seasoning
  6. In a baking dish combine shredded chicken and bacon
  7. Pour creamy sauce over mixture and mix well
  8. Top with extra cheese if desired
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve hot

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep
  • Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition
  • Adjust ranch seasoning for a stronger flavor
  • Best served fresh, but stores well in fridge for 3 days
