Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Cook bacon until crispy then crumble and set aside
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
- Add heavy cream cream cheese and ranch seasoning stir until smooth
- Mix in cheddar mozzarella salt pepper and Italian seasoning
- In a baking dish combine shredded chicken and bacon
- Pour creamy sauce over mixture and mix well
- Top with extra cheese if desired
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep
- Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition
- Adjust ranch seasoning for a stronger flavor
- Best served fresh, but stores well in fridge for 3 days
