Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Grease a baking dish
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper
  4. Stir in bacon, cheese, and optional vegetables
  5. Pour mixture into the baking dish evenly
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
