Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped spinach or bell peppers

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Grease a muffin tin lightly
  3. Line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon
  4. Crack one egg into each bacon cup
  5. Sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper on top
  6. Add optional veggies if using
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until eggs are set
  8. Let cool slightly, then remove and serve

Notes

  • Use thick-cut bacon for better structure
  • Adjust baking time for runny or firm yolks
  • Add herbs or spices for extra flavor
  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving
