Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Grease a muffin tin lightly
- Line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon
- Crack one egg into each bacon cup
- Sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper on top
- Add optional veggies if using
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until eggs are set
- Let cool slightly, then remove and serve
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for better structure
- Adjust baking time for runny or firm yolks
- Add herbs or spices for extra flavor
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving
