Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a blender or food processor
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
  5. Spoon into serving cups
  6. Chill for 30–60 minutes for best texture or serve immediately
