Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead dough for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover.
  6. Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Transfer dough to a greased baking pan and gently stretch it out.
  9. Use fingers to press dimples into the dough.
  10. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the top.
  11. Sprinkle garlic, rosemary, oregano, and sea salt.
  12. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

  • Let the dough rise fully for an extra fluffy texture.
  • Add cherry tomatoes or olives for variation.
  • Serve warm with olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
