In a bowl whisk egg and milk together.
In another bowl mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture.
Coat the chicken thoroughly in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
