Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
  5. Season salmon with salt and black pepper.
  6. Pour honey garlic butter mixture evenly over salmon.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Spoon extra sauce from the pan over the salmon before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

  • Do not overbake to keep salmon moist.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
