Homemade Spicy Cajun Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  9. Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
  10. Season with salt and black pepper, garnish, and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for your spice level.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
  • Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
