Gluten-Free Seeded Bread Recipe

This hearty gluten-free bread is packed with nutritious seeds and has a soft, moist texture with a slightly crunchy crust. It’s perfect for sandwiches or toast and is both wholesome and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk or dairy-free milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and all seeds
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, olive oil, and honey
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly
  6. Sprinkle extra seeds on top if desired
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and firm
  8. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Use a high-quality gluten-free flour blend for the best texture
  • Let the bread cool fully to avoid crumbling
  • Store in fridge for longer freshness
  • Toast slices for better flavor and texture
