- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, olive oil, and honey
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly
- Sprinkle extra seeds on top if desired
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and firm
- Let cool completely before slicing
