Ingredients
  

  • 500 g – Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 4 tbsp – Butter
  • 4 cloves – Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp – Paprika
  • ½ tsp – Chili flakes optional
  • ½ tsp – Salt
  • ¼ tsp – Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp – Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Sprinkle paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add lemon juice and stir well to coat shrimp.
  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully done.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp, or they will become rubbery.
  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Adjust chili flakes based on spice preference.
  • Serve with keto rice, salad, or steamed vegetables.
