Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup keto sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt
  4. Mix until a smooth batter forms
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until set but fudgy inside
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy
  • Let brownies cool fully for clean slices
  • Store in the fridge for longer freshness
  • Use high-quality cocoa for a richer flavor
  • Add nuts for extra texture if desired
