Method
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread to coat the bottom.
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add a small spoon of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer.
- Place a teaspoon of Nutella on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Cover each cup with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
- Remove from liners and serve.
Notes
- Use mini muffin liners for bite-sized treats.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts or sea salt on top before chilling.
- Store cups in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- These treats also freeze well for longer storage.
