- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line and grease a loaf pan
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth
- Add melted butter, water, and apple cider vinegar
- In another bowl, mix flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and sweetener
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until thick batter forms
- Pour mixture into loaf pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden
- Let cool completely before slicing
