Ingredients
  

  • 500 g sausage sliced or crumbled
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach optional
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Cook sausage until browned and fully cooked
  3. Remove sausage and set aside
  4. In the same pan, sauté spinach and bell peppers if using
  5. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy
  6. Divide sausage into serving bowls
  7. Top with scrambled eggs and vegetables
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
  9. Serve warm and enjoy
