Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup optional topping
  • Crushed Oreos or peanuts optional topping

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined
  2. Press mixture firmly into a pie dish to form crust
  3. Chill crust in fridge for 20–30 minutes
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently until fluffy
  7. Spread filling evenly over chilled crust
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup and add toppings before serving

Notes

  • Use store-bought Oreo crust to save time
  • Chill overnight for the best texture
  • Swap peanut butter with almond butter for variation
  • Freeze for 1–2 hours if you want a firmer, ice-cream-like pie
