Easy Keto Walnut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease and line a loaf pan
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener
  4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm
  9. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Toast walnuts before adding for a deeper flavor
  • Let the bread cool fully for clean slices
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days
  • Add sugar-free chocolate chips for variation
