Ingredients
  

  • 2 keto tortillas or egg wraps
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan and cook bacon or sausage if not already prepared
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper
  3. Add butter to pan and scramble eggs until soft
  4. Warm keto tortillas or prepare egg wraps
  5. Divide scrambled eggs between tortillas
  6. Add cooked meat, cheese, and optional vegetables
  7. Roll tightly into burritos
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
