Method
- Carefully separate Oreos and spread Nutella inside each cookie, then close them
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth batter forms
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat
- Dip each stuffed Oreo into the batter, coating completely
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side)
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm
Notes
- Make sure oil is hot enough (around 175°C / 350°F) for best results
- Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying
- You can freeze stuffed Oreos for 10 minutes before frying for a better shape
- Serve immediately for the best gooey texture
