Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter and milk, then mix well.
  4. Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid—don’t skip eggs.
  • Let the bread cool fully for a better texture.
  • Store in the fridge for longer freshness.
