- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
- Beat eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- Add melted butter and milk, then mix well.
- Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid—don’t skip eggs.
- Let the bread cool fully for a better texture.
