Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings cleaned and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp up while grilling.
  2. Place the wings in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes.
  4. Toss the wings until evenly coated with the spices.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the wings and mix again.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  7. Place the wings on the grill in a single layer.
  8. Grill for about 8–10 minutes on one side until lightly charred.
  9. Flip the wings and cook another 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and crispy.
  10. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  11. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Patting the wings dry helps achieve crispier skin.
  • Add more Cajun seasoning if you prefer extra spice.
  • Use a grill pan if an outdoor grill isn’t available.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip for extra flavor.
  • Leftover wings can be reheated in the oven for the best texture.
